Program Description
This live CPE program explores key tax and legal considerations for structuring real estate investments in the United States, with a focus on foreign investors. Attendees will gain insights into common pitfalls, entity selection, FIRPTA compliance, and cross-border planning strategies. The session includes real-world case studies and interactive polling to reinforce learning.
