Join us for an insightful presentation on S Corporations in Estate Planning: Navigating Complexities and Avoiding Pitfalls. This session will examine the unique challenges S corporations present in estate and succession planning, including eligibility requirements, shareholder restrictions, valuation issues, and common traps that can jeopardize S-status. Attendees will gain practical guidance on structuring, transferring, and preserving S corporation interests as part of an effective estate plan..
